The outbreak's impact on the world's health, economy, and people's lives was unparalleled. Frontline employees are under extreme and unprecedented pressure from reporting to work during this epidemic, endangering their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Long-term exposure to severe stress can have a number of negative effects on frontline employees' emotional and mental health. This essay's goal is to examine the difficulties experienced by front-line personnel (doctors, nurses, and community health workers) during COVID 19 in several international locations. Only peer-reviewed articles about the difficulties experienced by front-line personnel during the COVID 19 outbreak were examined in the literature study. This study examines the psycho-social wellbeing and health of front-line medical personnel throughout the epidemic. The term "green HRM" refers to a set of practises that are implemented with the goal of preventing damage to the environment and safeguarding the planet from potential natural and anthropogenic calamities. This article examines what green HRM is, why it's important, and what kinds of green HR initiatives and practises may help bring about green HRM in the workplace. The state of Chhattisgarh contains 23 public sector entities, all of which might benefit greatly from implementing Green HRM policies and procedures. This is also owing to the fact that with the opening up of the economy through globalisation, liberalisation, and privatisation as well as the natural drift towards information technology, the difficulties get amplified when one is required to function in a varied working environment. In order for businesses to successfully satisfy their clients, they want employees who are not only knowledgeable in their respective fields but also possess the emotional and social skills necessary to do so. Interventions in emotional intelligence are being implemented in part as a reaction to the challenges that workers in the business sector are facing in the modern day. The competencies associated with emotional intelligence can make a contribution to the development of these talents and skills that are related with this new line of goal or aim. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and contrast the levels of emotional intelligence possessed by managers in private and public sector banks, as well as the influence that this trait has on employees' levels of commitment to their organisations.
